It is cold outside

Dear friends of wine,

It is cold out there in the vineyards now. Every once in a while a welcome ray of sun is able to bore its way through the high fog. Other times we need to make do with the warmth from the fire and the hot coffee. This cold is however something valuable to us winegrowers, because it reduces the population of various insects back to "normal size" so that their development will follow the "normal pattern" in the coming spring.

We have now been accepted into the a network called RAW WINE.  This is a network that organizes wine tastings in various countries and our first participation will be in Copenhange this year. The focus is on organically grown wines that are made with minimal intervention in the cellar. The selection process for being a part of this network is tough and I am very happy to be a part of it.
