Other times we need to make do with the warmth from the fire and the hot coffee. Dear Winelovers, The second phase of our agroforestry project is now complete. This time we planted some Red Damason Reinette and some Crab Apples, that will be ideal for making cider. In addition we planted some "Schöflibirne", which is a Swiss pear variety (loosly translated as the "pear of the small sheep") and Hawthorn.
